Yemeni ultrakosher place with ethnographic decor ala wedding diorama. Melawach is delicious pancake with buttery/crispy/layered texture that's very lovable. Fine eggplant dips, a destination worth the trip.

Latino chefs, Japanese-American concept, African-American eaters. At some point, Oki Dog's storied history is less important than the giant tortilla filled with two hotdogs, chili, pastrami and gluey American cheese. Nothing is more unhealthy than Oki Dog but its hard not to like.

Long live Roscoe's where chicken and waffles come on the same plate. A great place for the smothered food group. Stymie's Choice is chicken livers and grits to test the hardiest appetite - I finished!
